In addition to co-authoring handbooks on international standards, I researched, interviewed key officials and staff, and developed over 100 case studies of corporations and military and governmental organizations that implemented the ISO 14001 standard. I was a west coast correspondent to CEEM Information Services, International Environmental Systems Update (IESU) Newsletter, and globeNet, as well as contributing to Quality Digest and other presses with international audiences.
